Congress Venue
The scientific sessions are held at the Rome Cavalieri – Via Cadlolo 101 – 00135 Rome, Italy.
Simultaneous Translation
Simultaneous Translation will provided from Italian into English and vice versa.
Admission
Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge during all congress activities and social events. The badge will admit participants to the scientific sessions, exhibition area and coffee breaks. Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of handling fee and upon proof of original registration.
Smoking in the Meeting Area is not allowed.
Delegates are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones in the off position in the rooms where scientific sessions are being held.
Attendance Certificates
Certificate of attendance is issued on request to all registered participants at the end of the Congress.
Insurance
The Congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss of or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or as a result of the Congress. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
Exhibition and Sponsorship
A technical, pharmaceutical and publication exhibition will take place in the Congress Venue throughout the scientific works.

The Congress Organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances. Please check the website for regular updates. The Congress Organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, relocate or change any of the sessions or to add new sessions.
